Avni Singh Solanki is an Assistant Professor of Law at Vinayaka Mission’s Law School (VMLS), where she brings a well-grounded academic background and a developing research profile. Her academic interests include business law, technology and law and contemporary socio-legal developments with a particular focus on emerging regulatory frameworks in the digital economy. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Her doctoral research explores the evolving regulatory landscape and policy implementation of crowdfunding in India. Avni has published in Scopus, ABDC-indexed platforms and has presented her research at various National and International conferences.

Avni holds an LL.M. in Business Law from ILS Law College, Pune, and completed her BLS LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai and has additionally completed diplomas in Cyber Law and Securities Law. Outside academia avni loves travelling, exploring and experimenting with food and enjoys swimming.
