Dr. Shenbagavalli is a high-energy professional and an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a history of excelling across academic and corporate sectors; poised for challenging assignments in Research, Training & Development, and Teaching with an organization of high repute. A perfect blend of academics, research, and industry experience. The rich experience acquired over the 26 years made her an enthusiastic individual possessing zeal for learning with excellent communication. She is keen, conscientious, with a friendly disposition; and has been placed in positions of trust with a great deal of responsibility. She is an efficient and reliable individual who can work alone or as part of a team, work well under extreme pressure, and remain calm with the ability to prioritize. Her proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work in a team and by herself has always made her a stand-out member of the department. She has been appreciated for her excellent Teaching Capacity and Counseling power. Her excellence has been recognized by the institutions and deputed her for different administrative roles in placement, admissions, accreditation, and training. She takes self-initiative through innovative teaching practices such as Case Study Method, Simulation classes, Application-based learning, Project-based learning, and Movie Reviews. She is working as a reviewer for 26 US and UK-based journals. She holds a lifetime membership in the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS).
