Ms. Merlin Stephen

Deputy Director of Admission

Merlin Stephen currently holds the designation of Deputy Director of Admissions at Vinayaka Mission's Law School, playing a key role in streamlining the student onboarding process. Ably supported by a dedicated team of passionate colleagues, she is responsible for advocating the vision, values, and culture of Vinayaka Mission's Law School while guiding the admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate law programs.

Previously, she served as Officer-in-Charge at the Dean’s Office, where she was overseeing the comprehensive administrative functions of the department. Her role encompasses introducing the institution to prospective students and stakeholders, providing insights into eligibility criteria, scholarship opportunities, academic environment, faculty credentials, assessment methods, and the promising career prospects in law.

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, she has gained extensive administrative expertise in leading international schools and colleges. She holds an M.Com. degree and has further refined her skills with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Stansfield School of Business, Singapore.
