Mr. S. Abraham is a distinguished academic with a professional legal background. He holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Maritime Law with distinction, and has completed a PG Diploma in International Humanitarian Law from NALSAR University of Law. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Saveetha School of Law, further strengthening his expertise and research capabilities in specialized areas of law.

He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Hindustan School of Law. With over three years of combined experience in academia and legal practice, including his role as a junior advocate in reputed law firms, he brings valuable practical insights into the classroom. At his previous institution, he served as IQAC Coordinator, Ranking Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and Website and Social Media Coordinator, and was an active member of the DEC and BoS.

He is actively engaged in research with publications in reputed book chapters and research articles listed in UGC CARE, with many Scopus-indexed and in Web of Science. His research interests include maritime law, environmental law, constitutional law, and socio-legal issues. He has presented papers at national and international conferences, and has contributed as a guest speaker and moot court adjudicator while organizing conferences, webinars, and moot court competitions to support student-centered legal education.
