Akshara Nair

Akshara Nair completed her B.A LL. B(Hons.) and Masters in International Law and Development from VIT School of Law, Chennai. She excelled in academics, recipient of fellowship and gold medal. She is passionate about Law from a very young age and deeply interested to enter in to academia. A curious researcher, pursuing her PhD with a keen attention in social responsibilities and law.

She volunteered and interned with many NGOs working at the grass root level. She is a key note speaker on inclusion and started a group- ‘Sibling advocates of persons with disabilities’ in 2022. She has presented research papers in various International and National conferences, completed skill courses on mental health and law.

Akshara Nair is an Assistant Professor at Vinayaka Mission’s Law School (VMLS).
