Dr. S. Suganya

Dr. S. Suganya is an accomplished Associate Professor specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law, with a strong focus on the intersection of AI, technology, and legal frameworks. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, while her academic journey features a PhD in Law (IPR) from VIT School of Law, Chennai, with a thesis titled "Anthropocentricity of Copyright Law and Artificial Intelligence: A Legal Study," alongside an ML in Intellectual Property Law, BL, and a BA in Sociology (university rank holder) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and Bharathiyar University.
