Dr Shabin O S

Dr Shabin O S holds a PhD from University of Madras. A criminologist and behavioural therapist at heart, he has expertise in counter-terrorism and de-radicalisation strategies. He has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Rashtriya Raksha University, Puducherry, where he contributed as a student counsellor and also as Coordinator for the Puducherry Central Prison psycho social care and counselling center.

Prior to joining academia, he worked as a behavioural therapist at the Dubai Autism Centre. His areas of interest include criminology, victimology, restorative justice, rehabilitation, reintegration and spiritual counselling.
