Krishna Kishore holds a bachelor's degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and an LL.M in Labour Capital and Law from Andhra University. He has successfully completed his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Labour, Capital and Industrial Laws from Andhra University. He has cleared APSET and UGC - NET. Additionally, Krishna Kishore has an MBA (HR), M.Com, M.A. (Political Science), and an MSW from the Centre for Distance Education, Acharya Nagarjuna University.
Academic Biography
Before starting his career in academics, he worked as a Project Coordinator with the Tribal Education and Rural Education Society, focused on tribal issues from a socio-legal context. Subsequently, he was an Assistant Professor at the Vikas Group of Institutions, and taught law subjects within the MBA programme. He has also attended various national and international conferences and has several publications in peer-reviewed journals such as the International Education and Research Journal, Indian Journal of Law and Legal Journal, International Journal of Legal Science and Innovation, and Black White Legal. His areas of focus include child labour, comparative social security laws between countries, effectiveness in implementation of ESI Act, effective redressal of industrial disputes, prostitution, slavery and human trafficking.
