Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks (or 50% for candidates from reserved categories as per UGC norms).
Candidates must submit a synopsis or concept note highlighting their proposed area of research and its significance.
Selection is based on a written Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and/or interview conducted by the Doctoral Committee.
