Dr. Hartej Singh Kochher

Dr. Hartej Singh Kochher is an Assistant Professor of Law at Vinayaka Mission's Law School. He holds a Ph.D. in Competition Law from GD Goenka University, an LL.M. in Corporate Laws from National Law University Jodhpur, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. UGC NET qualified, Dr. Kochher specializes in competition law, corporate governance, and commercial law. His research focuses on India's competition law regime and its effectiveness in addressing monopolistic practices and concentrated market power. He has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals including Economic and Political Weekly and books published by Springer and Taylor & Francis, and has previously taught at leading law schools across India.
