Ms Rudra Chandran L

Assistant Professor

Ms Rudra Chandran L holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kerala University. Before joining Vinayaka Mission’s Law School, She worked at National Law University Jodhpur as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law from where she is currently pursuing her PHD on the topic of regulation of genetics in reproduction and designing babies. During her tenure at National Law University Jodhpur, she held multiple positions including being the Managing Editor of Comparative Constitutional and Administrative Law Journal.

In 2023, She got selected as the WCL Fellow under the ‘VRU -WCL Short-Term Research Scholarship for Emerging Legal Scholars from India’ at the Humboldt University, Berlin where she worked with The Chair for Public and Comparative Law on the topic of creation of DNA databanks in

Her interest lies in understanding the ever evolving concepts of Judicial review, Constitutional Remedies and Judicial Reasonings, and Intersection of Bioethics and Law.
