VMLS was honored to host Emmanuel Boudaud, a corporate litigator from Paris, France for an insightful lecture on "The Fundamental Theories of Corporate Governance" on 19 August 2024.
Our students were enlightened by the cross-jurisdictional perspectives and the interdisciplinary aspects of corporate governance discussed during the lecture.
The lecture was wrapped up with a Q&A session, where students asked thoughtful questions and gained deeper insights into issues in corporate law.
This lecture not only broadened our students' understanding but also inspired them to think critically about the role of corporate law in society. As VMLS continues to steadily grow, we embrace such opportunities to expand our horizons and collaborate with foreign practitioners who support our mission. We look forward to more sessions like this in the future
