Taking a meaningful step in that direction, VMLS has signed an International Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of San Diego, strengthening its commitment to global academic collaboration.
This partnership marks an important moment for VMLS as it continues to grow as a future-focused law college in Chennai. The MoU is designed to create opportunities for students and faculty from both institutions to learn from one another through academic exchanges, collaborative research, shared knowledge, and cross-cultural engagement.
Rather than being a symbolic agreement, the collaboration reflects a shared vision—to prepare law students for a world where legal practice increasingly transcends borders.

VMLS acknowledges the guidance and support of Dr. Julian, Chairperson of the Mentoring Committee, VMLS, whose insight has played a key role in shaping the institution’s global academic direction. The institution also expresses sincere appreciation to Mr. Rajasekaran, Deputy Registrar (Administration), VMRF, and Prof. Siddharth Raja, Executive Dean, VMLS, for their leadership, dedication, and commitment in bringing this collaboration to life.
