Vinayaka Mission’s Law School (VMLS), in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council, organized a guest lecture on “Power of Mediation in RERA Disputes: Strategy, Leverage, and Settlement Design” on 19 March 2026. The session was delivered by Advocate Vishwa Badrinath, Member, MedArb International, for 4th year integrated law students.

The lecture provided practical insights into dispute resolution under RERA, focusing on mediation as an efficient alternative to litigation. The speaker discussed common disputes such as project delays, misrepresentation, and compensation claims, while emphasizing strategic negotiation, the role of leverage, and effective settlement design.
