Dr. Fowmina. C holds a distinguished academic record, including a PhD in International Humanitarian Law from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. Additionally, she possesses an LL.M degree in International Law, an M.A in Human Rights from the esteemed Indian Institute of Human Rights in New Delhi, and a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of East London.
