Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (or 50% for reserved categories as per UGC norms).

Professional Requirement (for Part-Time):

  • Employed in a recognized academic, legal, or research organization.

Research Proposal:

  • Applicants must submit a synopsis or concept note outlining their intended research area and objectives.
