Merlin Stephen currently holds the position of Officer In Charge at the Dean’s Office for the Law School of VMLS, where she oversees the comprehensive administrative functions of the department. With a distinguished career spanning over 27 years, she has amassed extensive administrative expertise in leading International Schools & Colleges. Her academic background comprises an M.Com. Degree, and she further honed her skills through a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Stansfield School of Business in Singapore.
