Refund Terms:
- Any student who has sought admission to Law Programmes offered by Vinayaka
Mission’s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University), Salem may apply for
admission withdrawal. - The admission cancellation request is to be addressed to the Dean / HoI of the college duly signed by the Student and Parent.
- Refund would be on the admission fee only and not on the application fees.
Refund will be made only after submission of original fee receipt & No dues certificates. - The refund will be made through account transfer. In case of refund through DD, DD will be made only in the Name of the Candidate.

| 02 | Any time thereafter & within 15 days from the date of commencement of classes | 50% of First year tuition fees, subject to the condition that the seat so vacated is filled up. |
| 03 | Any time after 15 days from the date of commencement of classes. | No Refund. |
The fees will be refunded to the eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from the Student & Parent in this regard.
