Sinjini Sen is a legal professional with a rich and varied background in the legal industry. Currently, Sinjini is pursuing a PhD from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur, where her research focuses on the dynamic intersection of Intellectual Property Law and Health Regulation. Her keen interest in these fields stems from a profound belief in the importance of legal frameworks that shape innovation, safeguard public health. Holding BA LL.B (Hons) from University of Calcutta and LL.M from NLIU Bhopal, she has established herself in academia and beyond as an Intellectual Property Lawyer.
Prior to her foray into academia, Sinjini garnered extensive industry experience through her associations with prestigious law firms such as Daswani and Daswani, D.P Ahuja and Krishnamurthy. Beyond her legal acumen, Sinjini holds a unique passion for classical dance and music, a facet that beautifully complements her intellectual pursuits.
